This converter will replace the existing catalytic converter, but may require some cutting, welding, and/or fabrication. It is best to have someone with experience in exhaust work install these types of converters. Emissions certificates are included for your installer where applicable. 5yr/50k mile warranty. Please check your Federal, State and local laws regarding the replacement of your catalytic converter prior to purchasing this product. Federal law states that a catalytic converter is not to be replaced with an aftermarket unit unless a vehicle has 50,000 miles or is 5 years old, regardless of the state in which the vehicle is registered.
